COLOR MANTRA: Creating Red Hair Color

The portion of the hair shaft located at or near the scalp easily changes from natural brown to red. BUT, the hair lengths located further away from the scalp, almost ALWAYS change to red MUCH LESS READILY.— and often with less intensity. When changing natural brown hair to red, after applying your chosen red formula to the hair at and near the scalp, select a slightly lighter-warmer formula for application to the hair lengths.
