About Our Business

and Lulu, owners of this podcast..... talking all about the business and beauty of the

professional salon world... and about the challenges we face together. Perhaps a few

of the insights we shared may be helpful or of interest to you. I'd like to keep this

insightful communication going, as many of us need a place to share, contribute and

to LEARN about what each of us is experiencing at the salon level.

As private equity has entered our business in a HUGE WAY.... We need to focust on

what matters to US......A COMMUNITY of those who touch, care for, and beautify

the salon customer. Our ability to earn, to manage stress, to maintain and grow our

businesses... all of this matters to US. Everyone has been affected: Manufacturers,

Distributors, Professional Shows... Schools... everyone. If we do not support one another..

our group, working "on the front line" creating beauty... who WILL help us?

My impression is that WE MUST BOND TOGETHER

as professional collegues, and work in friendship to survive, to prosper
