Any color that can ‘lift’ ( lighten the hair, and penetrate into the cortex to be ‘permanent, must contain an alkalizer, dye couplers and ingredients that are not “fruits, nuts and berries’. Some clients can report being misled… and will involve YOU rather than the manufacturer. Use definitions with care…. B
