GEORGE CLOONEY.. and HAIR COLOR!

As you may know, leading actor GEORGE CLOONEY, is known also for being wonderfully
handsome. Right now, he is starring on Broadway, in his play about the legendary
Edward R. Murrow. "Good Night and Good Luck" is getting rave reviews, and Clooney
does an amazing portrayal of Murrow... whose thinning hair was kept almost BLACK
during the 1950's and early '60's when his progarm was a huge television hit!
For his role, CLOONEY's hair has been tinted very dark, dark brown, almost black, and
it has been combed into the side-parted style worn by Murrow. CLOONEY admits that
he is very uncomfortable with this, and (rightly so), says that he looks horrible! Certainly
this "too harsh" hard-to-believe shade for a man in his 60's, coupled with an outdated
hair style, does nothing to flatter this actor whose facial features, head shape and natural
coloring are far better than the "look" this role requires. Do yourself a favor and Google
the play and CLOONEY's role... you will see for yourself how he appears in this part.
At the end of the interview about the play, CLOONEY said this. "Who is a guy fooling? A
sixty year old guy with black hair........ No one believes this!" ......... And he is right. Super
dark "one colored" hair on a man (and on most women!). doesn't work after a certain age.
Former POTUS Barack Obama gets this.. he, Clinton, and even George W. Bush have allowed the SILVER to come in!
........ As have Harrison Ford, Kevin Costner, Richard Gere, .. and even Brad Pitt.
I look forward to the day when GEORGE CLOONEY can return to his usual, gorgeous
(salon enhanced). salt and pepper silver hair.. with that great style swept back from
his handsome face. What do YOU think? comment here to share your opinion. B
I absolutely agree. I love him either way (honestly he could go bald and I’d still love him) but the hair color does not flatter him at all. There is an aging process that we need to embrace to some degree and it is very not flattering to see harsh colors on either gender. There are times that gray hair can be much harsher than dying the hair, but more so when hair is dyed to a shade that rather ages them, which with George Clooney is the case.
